Where do I fall on the Technology Integration Matrix?

I would really like to say that I am in the Transformation stage, but right now that is just wishful thinking.  My students are exposed to many technology applications in several classes from their teachers.  My role has been to teach them basic computer applications, but I am trying to expose them to as many online tech tools as I can in a limited amount of time.  I  will be using Google Apps next school year as well.  Students create and share with tech tools when given an assignment, but they do not yet choose which tool they would like to use.  My goal by the end of the year is for students to have a digital backpack of tools to use and then make decisions on which tool to best use when given assignments.  I am between the Adaptation/Collaborative stage and the Infusion/Constructive stage.  By the end of next school year, I want to be able to give teachers many ways to integrate technology into their classroom.  Time to work/collaborate with teachers is one request that I have given to my principals to help integrate technology into the classroom.  Working with teachers can only benefit the students and drastically improve their mindset when it comes to teaching with technology.  Being a facilitator while using technology is important because students have been so dependent on the teacher telling them what to do.  I want to instill in students that they have the power to choose how to create and present their thoughts/ideas.  As a facilitator, teachers will build the relationships needed for students to achieve and to grow.  I know this will be a huge accomplishment if successful, but our students are worth it!
